Delivery Information

Our Australia post delivery options include the delivery and packing but do not include insurance, so you will not be covered for any loss or damage during transit. We do though have a freighting option available to you via various agents at various fees that do cover your freight during transportation in which case we will endeavour to help you find a solution. If we believe there is a more cost effective or quicker way of transportation we will endeavour to contact you to discuss all options available before processing your order.

Our Promise

For your convenience, Avida delivers Australia wide and uses a number of couriers and postal services to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

For all none post deliveries we will require a signature upon delivery so we cannot deliver to PO boxes – please provide a physical street address when completing your shipping details. Don’t worry if you’re not home when the product/s are delivered.

Avida makes every effort to deliver your products within the shortest period of time to the address specified by you on your order confirmation but may take longer in certain rural and remote areas..

Avida is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email or telephone to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Hazardous or Dangerous Items

Items marked as dangerous, flammable or corrosive are identified on individual products by the flame symbol and will incur a delivery surcharge which will be discussed before processing.

Bulky or Oversized Items

Items marked as heavy/bulky are identified on individual products by the # symbol as these have been deemed to be awkward or bulky consignments and will incur a delivery surcharge which will be discussed before processing.

Remote Area Shipping

If you live in a remote or rural area of Australia you may experience a slightly longer delivery time. The exact cost of delivery to remote areas is difficult to predict online so you will be contacted to discuss options before processing.

Liability

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Specifications, weights & dimensions are subject to variation. We reserve the right to withdraw any article from sale. Presentation of any item or acceptance of an item as a back order does not imply availability, nor can we guarantee availability of any item.
